Sarah Shulman MD
I’m a pediatrician who has spent the past 25 years in allopathic medicine- handing out medication and believing I was doing the right thing. Then 15 years ago when I faced my own chronic illness with neurologic symptoms, and was handed a prescription by a neurologist.
I knew then and there that I didn’t want to be faced with a lifetime of medication and was hoping that I might discover an alternative way to healing myself. And I did! With real nourishing foods and energy healing like Reiki and Shamanism. No more pills for me.

My health journey started with my discovery of the works of Weston A Price on ancestral diets. I was able to totally change my diet and watched skin issues disappear, energy levels soar, and haven’t been sick in bed for years.
Then one of my children developed digestive issues and eczema with food sensitivities, low mood and energy, and constant bloating. By that time I had become a nutritionist and was able to heal all of it with functional medicine, gut healing and extensive detoxing.

FAQ
Is this program based on meal replacements?
No, we believe in real nourishing foods. We may recommend options for a protein powder to add to smoothies but this is optional.
How will I know what to eat?
We provide detailed meal plans and recipes. They are “mix and match” so you can choose options that work for you.
Do I need to give up coffee and alcohol?
While you definitely get better results with limiting or avoiding alcohol and coffee, there are ways to incorporate those without spiking blood sugar. We will explain.
What if I have questions in between sessions?
We are available via email and a private chat group to answer questions that come up.
Do I need to do a lot of cooking?
We definitely encourage home cooking, but also provide quick options for those with busy lives.
Will I regain weight after the 8 weeks, as with many other programs?
Many participants have successfully maintained their weight loss. Our goal is to give you all the tools you need to continue on your journey and stay healthy without cravings.
